Regeneration Dinner 2017

March 8th 2017, Register HERE

Featuring Mark McCrindle and SCAT

The Regeneration Dinner is our annual fundraising night where we invite our supporters to host tables of their friends and church members.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to hear about SU ACT’s  ministry and plans for the future.  There’s also top quality entertainment and food.

There is no charge to attend but it is a fundraising dinner, so you will be asked to make a donation at the end of the evening to support our important ministry.

The Dinner will be held at the Hellenic Club, 1 Matilda Street, Phillip, ACT. Please come along at 6:30pm for a 7:00pm start. The formal part of the evening will finish at 9:30pm.

About our band – SCAT

couch6This 4 piece band does for jazz what bubbles do for soda-pop.  Original tunes, tasty standards, clever arrangements, brilliant musicianship and serious humour is a package that audiences can’t get enough of. SCAT’s live show fronted by vocalist Craig Burnett is a unique blend of accessible sounds, instrumental mastery, lyric riffing, crowd interaction and off-beat humour. Craig believes their greatest and most frequent compliment says it all,

“I don’t usually like jazz, but I love what you do!”

While Scat frequently stages their own sell-out shows, they have also supported some big music icons such as: James Morrison, The Whitlams, Delirious, Monica Trapaga, Steven Curtis-Chapman, Emma Pask and Grace Knight.

“Combining the ability to entertain with great musicianship is what it’s all about -and SCAT do this every time I see them!” James Morrison
